Our goal is to leave you satisfied with any service or product you purchase from the meraki method. If you experience any issues with or have questions about our programs, services or products, please notify us as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation.
sessions
From the time of donation, you have a 30-day time frame to book & complete your inquired service(s) / program(s). We recommend scheduling sooner than later as availability times fill. Sessions which are not booked & completed within the 30-day time frame are not eligible for a refund.
If you have to cancel a session, contact us at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment to get a full refund (less any processing fees) or to reschedule. Cancellations made within 24-72 hours of the scheduled appointment or less will be refunded 25% of the fee (less any processing fees). Cancellations made within 24 hours or less are non-refundable.
In-person, group-facilitated events
A nonrefundable $500 deposit holds you space in a event, workshop, training or retreat. If you experience extraordinary circumstances that prevent your attendance (illness, family crisis, etc.), please notify us at least 30 days prior to the event and we will apply your deposit to another event within one year. No refund is provided after arrival.
the meraki method reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances that would make the event nonviable. If the meraki method cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to apply the deposit and any funds paid for that event to a future event.
online services: Digital Products, programs, membership, trainings, etc.
All online products, programs, memberships, and trainings are nonrefundable.
